Qarzakanm respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information.

Qarzakanm is a personal loan and debt notebook application that allows users to record and manage their personal loan, debt, payment, and note information.

The App can be used offline without creating an account. Google account sign-in and Google Drive backup are optional features.

1. Information We Collect

Qarzakanm does not require you to create an account to use the main features of the App.

When you use Qarzakanm offline without signing in, your loan and debt information is stored locally on your device.

If you voluntarily sign in with Google, Qarzakanm uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication to authenticate your account.

Information associated with your Google account may be processed by Google and Firebase, including information such as:

• Email address
• Display name
• Google/Firebase user identifier
• Authentication information required to provide the sign-in service

Qarzakanm does not sell this information or use it for advertising.

2. Loan and Debt Information

Qarzakanm allows you to enter and manage information such as:

• Names
• Loan and debt amounts
• Payment information
• Dates
• Notes
• Other information that you choose to enter into the App

When using the App offline, this information is stored locally on your device.

Qarzakanm does not automatically upload this information to Qarzakanm-owned servers.

3. Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication

Qarzakanm provides optional Google account sign-in using Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication.

You can use the App without signing in.

If you choose to sign in, Google provides authentication information to the App, and Firebase Authentication is used to authenticate and maintain your signed-in session.

The Google account information is used only to provide authentication and the optional backup and restore functionality.

Qarzakanm does not use your Google account information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Firebase Authentication is provided by Google.

4. Google Drive Backup

Qarzakanm provides an optional backup and restore feature using Google Drive.

Backup is not automatic unless you choose to use the backup feature.

When you choose to create a backup, Qarzakanm reads the local Qarzakanm database containing your App data and uploads the backup to Google's Google Drive application-data storage associated with your Google account.

The backup file is used to restore your Qarzakanm data when you choose to use the restore feature.

The App requests access to Google's application-data storage for this purpose. It does not request general access to your personal Google Drive files.

The backup is stored using Google's application-data storage (appDataFolder).

Qarzakanm does not use your backup data for advertising, marketing, or selling information.

5. What Is Included in the Backup

The backup contains only the Qarzakanm application database containing the information you have entered into the App.

This may include:

• Loan records
• Debt records
• Payment records
• Names
• Dates
• Notes
• Other Qarzakanm loan and debt records entered by you

The backup does not contain unrelated personal files from your device or your normal Google Drive files.

The backup is created only when you choose to use the backup feature.

6. Restore

When you choose to restore your data, Qarzakanm accesses the Qarzakanm backup stored in the Google Drive application-data area associated with your account and downloads it to your device.

The restored information is written back to the local Qarzakanm database on your device.

7. Data Storage

Qarzakanm primarily operates offline.

Your App records are stored locally on your Android device.

When you voluntarily use Google Drive Backup, a copy of your Qarzakanm database is stored through Google's Google Drive application-data storage.

Qarzakanm does not maintain a separate server database containing your loan records for normal App functionality.

8. Data Sharing

Qarzakanm does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Information may be processed by Google services when necessary to provide features that you voluntarily use, including:

• Google Sign-In — for Google account authentication.
• Firebase Authentication — for authentication and maintaining your signed-in session.
• Google Drive API — for creating and restoring your Qarzakanm backup.

These services are provided by Google and may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Permissions

Qarzakanm does not require access to sensitive device permissions such as:

• Contacts
• Location
• Camera
• Microphone
• SMS
• Phone calls
• Photos or videos

Internet access may be required when you voluntarily use Google Sign-In or Google Drive backup and restore.

10. Biometric Authentication

Qarzakanm may provide an optional biometric security feature to help protect access to the App.

Biometric authentication is handled by the Android device's biometric authentication system.

Qarzakanm does not receive or store your fingerprint, face, or other biometric template.

Biometric data remains under the control of the Android operating system and the device's security hardware/software.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by Qarzakanm.

Your local App data is protected by the security of your Android device.

Google account authentication and Google Drive backup are protected by Google's authentication and security systems.

You are responsible for protecting your Android device and Google account from unauthorized access.

12. Data Deletion

You can delete your locally stored Qarzakanm information using the available deletion features in the App or by removing the App's stored data/uninstalling the App, depending on your device and App functionality.

If you have created a backup, the backup may remain in Google's application-data storage associated with your Google account.

Disconnecting or signing out of your Google account does not necessarily delete an existing backup.

If you want to remove your backup, you should use an available Qarzakanm deletion feature if provided or manage the associated Google application data through Google's available account controls.

13. Children's Privacy

Qarzakanm is a general-purpose personal record-keeping application and is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. Third-Party Services

Qarzakanm uses Google services for optional account authentication and backup functionality, including:

Google Sign-In
Used to allow users to voluntarily connect their Google account.

Firebase Authentication
Used to authenticate the Google account and maintain the user's authenticated session.

Google Drive API
Used to create and restore Qarzakanm backups in Google's application-data storage.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Qarzakanm or its services.

Any changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
